The Inaugural Senior Class Scholarship
Performing Arts Scholarship
Anyone interested in applying for Financial Grant and Aid for the 2010-2011 school term, must apply by April 30, 2010.
- Using funds from a generous donor, this scholarship is for full tuition for a current PCA rising 9th - 12th grade student for the 2010-2011 school year. All other fees must be paid by the recipient family, including the enrollment fee.
- The applicant family must have “demonstrated need” by completing the qualification process for financial aid through FACTS Grant and Aid Service.
- This application must be completed by May 15, 2010.
- The applicant must have demonstrated strong leadership and athletic performance.
- The applicant must submit a one to two page typed essay explaining their perspective on leadership as it relates to athletics. This essay must be submitted no later than May 15, 2010. Submit such essay to the PCA office and include a front cover with student name, current grade and parent or guardian name as on the financial aid application.
Performing Arts Scholarship

- Using funds raised solely by students, Palmetto Christian Academy is delighted to announce the establishment of “The Performing Arts Scholarship.” This scholarship award for the 2010-2011 school year will be $3000. The remaining tuition and all fees must be paid by the recipient family.
- The applicant family must have “demonstrated need” by completing the qualification process for financial aid through FACTS Grant and Aid Service.
- This application must be completed by May 15, 2010.
- This award recognizes a current rising 9th – 12th grade student who has a special interest and talent in the arts, particularly in the performing arts. The recipient must have strong academic achievement, demonstrate leadership, character, integrity in service, and strive to display the Fruit of the Spirit.
- Applications for this award must be submitted to the PCA Office and include an essay, “Why Christian education is Fundamental”, a teacher recommendation, and will include an interview.
- Interested candidates must apply by May 15, 2010.

If you believe there is a possibility that your financial status may change at any point in the coming school year, it is important for you to apply for Grant and Aid by the April 30, 2010 deadline. Even if you don't qualify for financial aid at this time, you may be granted financial aid during the year should you have a change in status. In the event that April 30 has passed and you have not applied, financial grant and aid will no longer be available.
