Leesa graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a B.S. in Elementary Education. She currently teaches 2nd grade at PCA. After graduating from college, she began teaching 4th grade in Chattanooga and later became a stay at home mom. She then returned to teaching and taught 6th-8th grade at Franklin Classical School for 10 years, alongside her husband, Andy. After living in Franklin, TN for more than 20 years, Leesa and Andy moved to Charleston and both began to teach at PCA. They have a daughter, son, and granddaughter, who all live in Charleston. When not spending time with her family, Leesa and Andy enjoy being at the beach.
