JD received his Masters Degree in Christian School Administration from Regent University in Virginia Beach. He serves as PCA’s Headmaster, where he began working in 2016. Prior to coming to PCA, he served as Academic Counselor, Secondary Principal, and the Head of School at Immanuel Christian School in El Paso, Texas. Before beginning his career in education, JD worked in healthcare for 20 years, leaving his position as a General Manager for Quest Diagnostics when he felt a calling to Christian Education. His and his wife, Selina, have been happily married for more than 30 years. They have two married children, both of whom graduated from Immanuel Christian.
