JD received his Masters Degree in Christian School Administration from Regent University in Virginia Beach and has been PCA's Headmaster since 2016. Prior to coming to PCA, he served as Academic Counselor, Secondary Principal, and the Head of School at Immanuel Christian School in El Paso, Texas. Before beginning his career in education, JD worked in healthcare for 20 years, leaving his position as a General Manager for Quest Diagnostics when he felt a calling to Christian Education. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Selina, for over 40 years.  Their son, Aaron, who lives in Gainesville, Florida, and daughter, Stephanie, who lives in Easley, South Carolina, have 6 children between them.  JD enjoys spending time in the garden and traveling with Selina to see their grandkids.
