Billie Ann earned a degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s in Literacy from The Citadel. She currently teaches fifth grade Language Arts at PCA, having previously taught fourth grade for seven years. She is well versed in integrating technology into the classroom and is an ambassador for Showbie and Book Creator. Since 2005, Billie Ann has served at Palmetto Girl’s State, helping to inspire female leaders. She is also involved with her church, Seacoast, as a middle school small group leader. She and her husband, Scott, have one daughter.
