Olga was born and raised in Russia, where she developed a deep appreciation for learning about different cultures and languages. That passion brought her to South Carolina as a high school exchange student—a life-changing experience that eventually led her to make the United States her home. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Spanish from Charleston Southern University before completing her Master of Business Administration.

Olga and her husband, Mark, have two children, Nadya and Alex, and their family attends East Cooper Baptist Church. She is passionate about education and considers it a privilege to encourage students as they grow academically, personally, and spiritually in a Christ-centered learning environment.
