Jessica Gordon’s passion for food and deep background in project management have truly made a mark on the PCA kitchen. After studying business and spending more than 20 years as a senior project manager in the trade show and environment industry, God guided her down a rewarding new path. Drawing on her early-career experience working in restaurants and her lifelong love for cooking, she stepped into the role of managing the PCA kitchen in 2021. Today, she serves up fresh, inviting meals and snacks to over 350 students and faculty daily. As a certified ServSafe Manager, Jessica runs a tight ship, consistently earning perfect 100% scores on state health department inspections. Originally from Northern Virginia, Jessica moved to Charleston in 2015. She has been happily married to her husband, Jeff, since 2008, and they have two sons who attend PCA.
