Katie has enjoyed teaching in the preschool since 2019. She is a member of East Cooper Baptist Church and is married to Jonathan. They have two children Camp and Savvie. Katie grew up in Upstate SC, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Master’s in Early Childhood Education from USC, and finally made her way to the Lowcountry! She loves singing praise songs, serving in Kids’ Ministry, reading thrillers, going to lunch, and pinning things on Pinterest that she will never make.
