Tracy Carper holds a bachelor's degree in math education and a master's degree in mathematics. She has over 20 years experience teaching math in the brick and mortar classroom as well as the virtual classroom. She has also been coaching volleyball for over 20 years.

Originally from Hershey, PA, she moved to Charleston in 2023 with her husband, Josh. The Carpers have four daughters. Their oldest daughter graduated from PCA in 2026 and the younger three still attend PCA.
