Stephen earned his Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from The Master’s University and a Master's of Education from Concordia University Portland. Stephen started as a teacher in Christian Education in 2005 and later moved into administration. He joined PCA as the Upper School Principal in 2024. Stephen moved to South Carolina from California with his wife, Candace, and their three boys.
