Scot has been in law enforcement for over 35 years. He started out joining the US Army in1988 serving as a Military Police Officer. While in the Army he spent time in Europe and then stateside. He got out of the military in 1993 and became a civilian police officer graduating from South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy and getting a job at the Medical University of Public Safety. Scot has worked at East Cooper Baptist Church since he retired in 2017, and joined PCA as a Campus Security Officer in 2021. He has one daughter.
