Caroline Slinker brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and a joy for teaching to the classroom.  Caroline married her husband, Jeff, in 2001 and spent more than two decades stationed around the country at various Marine Corps and Army duty stations during Jeff’s service.  Together, they raised their two daughters, Riley and Karsyn.  Putting her career aspirations on hold to raise a family, she earned her degree in Elementary Education from Murray State University in Kentucky in 2016. Since then, she has taught second and third grades and has experience teaching in both public school and private Christian school settings.  

Originally from Murray, Kentucky, Caroline moved to Mount Pleasant in 2026 following her husband’s Army retirement.  In her spare time, Caroline enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and trying new foods.
