Jolene earned a BA in Music from the University of Central Florida, a MM in Music from the University of Utah, and a Doctorate in Sacred Music from the Graduate Theological Foundation. She is currently the Upper School Choir Director at PCA, and she will also teach General Music for 7th and 8th grade. From 2019-2022, Jolene taught Choir and Band at First Baptist High School of Charleston. Before being called to be an educator, Jolene was a church choir director and organist, holding positions in Florida, Utah, North Carolina, and most recently at St. Philip’s Church in downtown Charleston. Jolene and her husband, John, have been married for thirty-two years and have three children and two grandchildren.
