Preschool Press: The Fruit Of The Spirit

main image

Our two-year-old Preschoolers are learning about the Fruit of the Spirit! The lesson was about love. We used simple science to illustrate God’s love overflowing. An empty jar represented the emptiness in our hearts without Jesus.

After adding baking soda to the jar, we talked about when you give your heart to Jesus, He washes it clean and gives you the Holy Spirit to help you follow, obey, and love Him and love other people. We slowly poured in vinegar and watched the mixture bubble up! Because God first loved us, the Holy Spirit at work in our hearts bubbles up inside and causes His love to overflow out of our hearts and show love to others.

Preschool Press: Winter Wonderland

main image

Our preschoolers are learning about winter this month! The two-year-old students are using literature, song, and imaginary play to learn all about the characteristics of winter. It's been a fun and engaging learning experience. Preschoolers painted with ice, had snowball “fights”, built their own snowmen, and created a blizzard in the classroom with shaving cream!

PCA Preschool loves hands-on activities that grow young minds and hearts!
