Charlie graduated from Washington Bible College with a bachelor’s degree in pastoral ministries. He also holds a master’s degree in biblical studies from Capital Bible Seminary and is pursuing a master’s degree in education at Cairn University. He currently serves as the Upper School Dean of Students. Prior to serving in this role at PCA, Charlie taught for 13 years at the middle and high school levels. He also served for 7 years as an upper school principal. He and his wife, Mia, have two daughters. Their daughter Tiffany attends Columbia International University in Columbia while his daughter Dani attends PCA.
